โดยใช้ Built up Beam เป็นลักษณะโครงสร้างที่ใช้เหล็กแผ่นมาเชื่อมเพื่อให้ได้ขนาดและโครงสร้างหลังคาที่ต้องการ เหมาะกับอาคารที่มีความสูงตั้งแต่ 4-15 เมตร ความกว้างสูงสุดไม่เกิน 50 เมตร สามารถติดตั้งเครนและทำชั้นลอยได้ กว้างได้สูงสุด 50 เมตร ไม่มีเสากลาง คุณสมบัติ เหมือน HW-H สูงในระบบได้สูงสุด 15 เมตร ยาวเท่าไหร่ก็ได้

เหล็กไวด์แฟรงค์

หรือที่เรียกกันก็คือ WIDE FLANGE ในภาษาอังกฤษ เป็นเหล็กรูปพรรณรีดร้อน สำหรับงานโครงสร้างเหล็กโดยเฉพาะ และมีรูปร่างสวยงามในงานก่อสร้างอีกทั้งยังให้ความคงทนสูงเพราะมีความแข็งแรงมาก เหมาะสำหรับงานโครงสร้าง ก่อสร้างโรงงาน สร้างโกดังขนาดใหญ่ และงานเชื่อม จะมีชื่อเรียกคล้ายกับเหล็กเอชบีม คือ ตัวเฮช เหล็กเสา เหล็กปีก เสาบีม โดยเหล็กไวด์แฟรงค์ จัดเป็นเหล็กโครงสร้างรูปพรรณรีดร้อน (Hot rolled structural steel) มีลักษณะรูปทรงที่คล้ายกับเหล็กเอชบีม และเหล็กไอบีม แต่เหล็กไวด์แฟรงค์ จะมีความกว้างของแผ่นตรงกลาง มากกว่าปีกทั้ง 2 ข้าง และมีขนาดบางกว่า แต่ยังคงความแข็งแรง ทนทาน สามารถรองรับน้ำหนักได้ดี

Wide Flange ที่ทาง Happy Prefrabricated นำมาใช้งานคือ SS400 และ SM520 ลักษณะพิเศษของเหล็กไวด์แฟรงค์ ต่างจากเหล็กไอบีมคือส่วนของปีกเหล็ก และโคนปีกนั้นจะหนาเท่ากัน ดังนั้นจะสังเกตุได้ว่ามี รัศมีหรือ R เพียงตัวเดียว
